Event Description:
Join us as Georgia Chamber CEO, Chris Clark, dives deeper into southwest Georgia for a look into the workforce of our future. Hear from panel experts about the core issues that impact our community so we can work together collectively and address these opportunities

Confirmed panelists are as follows:
- Chris Clarke (CEO of the Georgia Chamber) will give an overview of workforce trends for the state of Georgia with a focus on SWGA and Thomasville. Chris will also serve as our facilitator for the event.

- Larry Plank and Landis Thomas (New Hire Solutions) will cover the topic of "Investing & Empowering Your Employees" and "Building the Right Culture"

- Shelley Zorn (Payroll Development Authority), Alyssa Foskey (Small Business Development Center) and Merrill Wilcox (GA PArtnership for Excellence in Education) will cover the topic of "Developing the Birth to Workforce Pipeline" and "Growing New & Existing Jobs"

- Sharon Edwards (Community Outreach Training Center/SPARK Thomasville) and Djanaha Cole (SPARK Thomasville) will cover the topic of "Economic Gardening Within" and "Impacts of Generational Poverty"
